TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 OPERATING DAYS & HOURS:
1.1.1 Beat Boat opening hours may vary. Please refer to the Beat Boat website for the most up-to-date information on hours of operation.
1.1.2 Beat Boat Management reserves the right to change the operating days and hours as it deems fit without prior notice.
1.1.3 Beat Boat will not operate on Nyepi (Silence Day) in accordance with Balinese custom.
1.2. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
1.2.1 Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
1.2.2 Online payments are processed through Stripe for international card transactions and any other payment gateway Beat Boat wishes to use for domestic transactions.
1.2.3 Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah, excluding tax and service charges.
1.2.4 Currency conversion rates are estimates only. Final payment calculations will be determined by your financial institutions.
1.2.5 After completing your booking, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address.
1.2.6 Upon arrival, guests with VIP table reservations must provide 1 credit card and 1 form of ID (both with the same name) as a deposit.
1.2.7 Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticket.
1.2.8 Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at the meeting point bar.
1.2.9 If you cannot present booking confirmation or valid ID in the booking name, the reservation will be denied, and no refunds will be provided.
1.2.10 All information given to Beat Boat must be accurate and current.
1.2.11 Booking is not applicable for group bookings. All bookings will be treated individually.
1.2.12 Beat Boat strictly forbids selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases, bookings will be automatically void with no refund.
1.2.13 Upon arrival at the meeting point bar, during guest check-in, guests must present a valid country ID and debit/credit card that matches the booking details provided. Failure to do so may result in being denied entry.
1.3 REFUND POLICY
1.3.1 Bookings are 100% refundable if the boat is not operational, if a special event is cancelled prior to commencement, or if Beat Boat cancels the trip due to unforeseen repairs or engine failure.
1.3.2 If the boat is operational, and you choose not to attend, then a 100% cancellation fee applies.
1.3.3 Tickets are non-transferable, and no date changes can be made for VIP bookings, which are non-refundable.
1.3.4 Beat Boat will only refund tickets in the event Beat Boat cancels the event for any reason, including severe weather where the safety of the guests is at risk, or for any other reason Beat Boat deems necessary to cancel the trip.
1.4 AMENDMENT POLICY
1.4.1 Date Change – available within 2 hours of making the original booking – free of charge. Requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@beatboat.com within 2 hours of making the original booking.
1.4.2 Please note: reservations office hours are 9 am – 5 pm daily. Requests outside of office hours will be responded to the following morning.
1.4.3 VIP table upgrades can be made at any time, subject to availability.
1.4.4 Requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@beatboat.com.
1.4.5 Date change requests more than 2 hours from the booking time are available, subject to availability at the latest the day prior to the booking date with an amendment fee of Rp 500,000. Note – this is a fee – not valid as minimum spend credit.
1.4.6 Amendment requests must be submitted in writing with the original booking confirmation attached to reservations@beatboat.com by the latest 5 pm (Bali time) the day prior to your booking.
1.4.7 Failure to attend on the day of the booking is considered a no-show, and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
1.5 FLEXI BOOKING
1.5.1 Flexi booking may be purchased at the time of making an online reservation.
1.5.2 After the successful purchase of a Flexi Booking, you can change your booking date up to two times to any other date you would like, up to the exact same value of your original booking. Booking changes must be made 48 hours or earlier before the opening time on your booking date (special event dates are not eligible).
1.5.3 Booking changes must be communicated to reservations@beatboat.com and approved prior to the 48 hours of the opening time of your booking. Proof of purchase of both the Flexi Booking pass and your original booking must be provided. The booking name must also be exactly the same as the original booking name. Transfers of Flexi Bookings are not permitted.
1.6 FACE AND HEAD TATTOOS
1.6.1 Face and head tattoos are not permitted on Beat Boat.
1.6.2 Anyone attempting to enter with face and head tattoos will be refused entry at the discretion of Beat Boat.
1.7 DAMAGES
1.7.1 Guests are liable for any repairs or replacement of any Beat Boat Facilities or equipment which is damaged by them, whether accidental or intentional
1.8 LOSSES
1.8.1 Beat Boat is not responsible and will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings of passengers.
1.8.2 Lost and Found matters should be reported to Beat Boat staff and will be recorded by Beat Boat employees.
1.8.3 Items rented by passengers, such as towels, locker keys, and any others that are lost, will incur a replacement cost borne by the passengers.
1.8.4 This policy includes losses occurring at the meeting point, during the boat trip, and on any transport organised by Beat Boat.
1.9 WEAPONS
1.9.1 No weapons, firearms, or dangerous items are allowed on the boat or at the meeting point. The exception to this rule is Beat Boat in-house security or when security forces are escorting VIP guests, politicians, etc.
1.9.2 Armed members of local security forces may be stationed at Beat Boat entrances and the boarding area to act as a deterrent and take action if any security threat is identified. They are stationed at Beat Boat discretion.
1.9.3 Any guest found in possession of weapons, firearms, or dangerous items will be refused entry to the boat party.
1.10 UNDER THE INFLUENCE
1.10.1 Guests who are under the strong influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be permitted to enter Beat Boat or participate in any activities associated with the boat party.
1.11 VEHICLES & CAR PARKING
1.11.1 Beat Boat accepts no responsibility for cars parked at the meeting point or any other premises associated with the boat party.
1.11.2 Guests are advised that there is no specific parking at the meeting point or harbour. It is recommended that guests be dropped off at the meeting point or harbour.
1.12.2 BEAT BOAT - BOAT PARTY DRESS CODE:
1.12.2.1 Smart Casual dress standard applies.
1.12.2.2 Male attire – T-shirts, shorts/board shorts, and thongs/sandals are the minimum dress standard.
1.12.2.3 Female attire – Shirt/blouse, shorts, sarong, and footwear are the minimum dress standard.
1.12.2.4 No matching shirts or costumes are permitted to be worn by groups.
1.12.2.5 Any person bearing or wearing gang colours is not permitted to enter the boat party.
1.12.2.6 No AFL jerseys are permitted.
1.12.3 VIP AREA DRESS CODE:
1.12.3.1 Smart Casual Dress Standard applies.
1.12.3.2 Female attire – Shirt, blouse, shorts, and footwear are the minimum dress standard.
1.12.3.3 Male attire – T-shirts, shorts/board shorts, and sandals are the minimum dress standard.
1.13 PETS & ANIMALS
1.13.1 Under no circumstances are pets or animals of any kind to be brought into the premises.
1.15 PROHIBITED ITEMS
1.15.1 All bags and other goods in your possession will be checked when boarding the Beat Boat. Any items not permitted will be labeled and held by security until departure.
1.15.2 Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
1.15.3 Single-use plastic bottles are not permitted.
1.15.4 The following items may not be used on the Beat Boat: golf clubs, rollerblades, roller skates, “wheelies,” skateboards, scooters, remote-controlled toys, including drones, and any other item that might be deemed unfit or dangerous by management.
1.15.5 No professional photography equipment, including video cameras, telescopic lenses, or drones, is allowed on the boat without prior arrangement with Beat Boat Marketing Department.
1.15.6 Animals are not permitted on the boat.
1.15.7 Inflatable pool toys are not permitted.
1.15.8 Balloons and decorations are not permitted.
1.15.9 Illegal substances are not allowed on the boat. Indonesia carries severe penalties for the possession of illegal drugs.
1.15.10 Illegal or immoral activities, including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons, are all strictly prohibited. The authorities will be notified immediately without warning.
1.16 BACK OF HOUSE
1.16.1 Except with the prior permission of Management, Guests may not enter the back of the house areas. including behind the bar or storage area.
1.17 VAT & CHARGES
1.17.1 All prices and fees payable to Beat Boat are subject to prevailing Indonesian Government regulations.
1.17.2 A schedule of Beat Boat charges and fees, determined by the Management and as detailed in the Beat Boat rules, will be posted on Beat Boat websites.
1.18 AMENDMENTS
1.18.1 Beat Boat terms & conditions may be amended or modified without prior notice.
1.18.2 Beat Boat reserves the right to change the boat layout at any time without prior notice.
1.18.3 Restrictions or limitations on access to the boat party may be imposed at any time.
1.18.4 We may cancel the complete boat party, specific areas, and/or the trip on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is affected, Beat Boat Reservations will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.
1.18.5 We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time.
1.20 COMPLIANCE WITH BEAT BOAT RULES
1.20.1 Beat Boat reserves the right to deny access to anyone who refuses to comply with the Beat Boat rules.
1.20.2 Beat Boat reserves the right to remove and ban any person from Beat Boat facilities at any time if directions are not followed and/or Terms and Conditions in place are not adhered to.
1.21 MANAGEMENT AND STAFF
1.21.1 The day-to-day operations of Beat Boat are performed by salaried managers and staff who report directly to the Beat Boat Manager. The Operator reserves the right to appoint a third-party organisation to act as Manager of Beat Boat upon such terms, conditions, and payments as the Operator deems fit.
1.21.2 All members and guests agree to treat all Beat Boat staff with the utmost decency and respect.
1.21.3 Beat Boat has zero tolerance for any disrespect towards Beat Boat staff and customers and reserves the right to evict anyone upon a substantiated report of disrespect towards Beat Boat staff or customers.
1.22 CONDUCT OF PERSONS AT BEAT BOAT
1.22.1 Beat Boat has a zero-tolerance policy for bad behaviour that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues. The following acts will be deemed as breaches of the Beat Boat rules:
1.22.2 Subjecting another Member or Staff to physical or verbal abuse, which shall include the use of profanity and the threat of or actual violence and threatening, offensive, or harmful conduct.
1.22.3 Interrupting the operations of Beat Boat by countermanding or questioning instructions issued to Staff by Management.
1.22.4 Broadcasting and publishing or assisting therein, any statement which could be construed in the opinion of the Management as detrimental to the reputation of Beat Boat, including its Members, Management, and Staff.
1.22.5 Management has been granted authority by the Operator to remove immediately from the Beat Boat Venues any person breaching the Beat Boat Rules relating to conduct.
1.22.6 Beat Boat reserves the right to evict immediately anyone (guest or complete group) causing excessive damage or nuisance or if unlawful activities occur. If required, the relevant Indonesian authority will be contacted. Beat Boat decision is final, and no refund will be provided.
1.23 INTERPRETATION OF BEAT BOAT RULES
1.23.1 In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the Beat Boat rules, the Management’s opinion on the matter shall be final.
1.25 CHILDREN
1.25.1 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. Beat Boat is not responsible for the supervision of children or for injury or damage that occurs on the premises or during the boat trip from a result of children not being supervised.
1.25.2 Children remain at all times the responsibility of a parent who is expected to ensure that they act in a reasonable manner without causing undue disturbance to other guests. The only instance where children would be allowed onto the boat or at the meeting point is on a private hire situation, and parents would assume all risks associated with the child. Parents are absolving Beat Boat from any liability of injury, death, in the event the child goes missing, any water accident, or any other instance that may occur.
1.26 SECURITY AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
1.26.1 Beat Boat has engaged in a contract with international security consultants, and Management will introduce security and emergency measures as required.
1.26.2 For the protection of Beat Boat facilities and guests, all patrons are encouraged to familiarise themselves with all security and emergency measures implemented by Beat Boat. In times of emergency, patrons should obey all instructions of staff who have been trained to handle such situations.
1.28 GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
1.28.1 Guests must adhere to all rules outlined by Beat Boat, including the mandatory wearing of life jackets when advised.
1.28.2 Anyone jumping from the boat must do so only at designated swim stops as notified by Beat Boat. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in guests being returned from the boat without a refund.
1.28.3 Guests causing injury to another guest, whether as a result of an accident or otherwise, will be held solely responsible, releasing Beat Boat from any liability.
1.29 LEGAL DRINKING AGE
1.29.1 The legal drinking age on Beat Boat is 21 years. Beat Boat may request photo ID to show proof of age at any time.
1.29.2 Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under 21 years.
1.30 GIFT VOUCHERS
1.30.1 Beat Boat Gift Vouchers can be used towards Food and Beverage purchases and must be presented upon bill settlement.
1.31 ONLINE PURCHASES
1.31.1 All bottles, merchandise, and donations purchased online are in addition to the minimum spend.
1.32 ADD TO CART ITEMS
1.32.1 Add to cart items are subject to availability.
1.32.2 If the purchased item is not available on the date of your arrival, a food & beverage credit of equal value will be given.
1.32.3 All add to cart item purchases are non-refundable.
1.33 GROUP FOOD & BEVERAGE
1.33.1 No outside food and beverage is permitted, with the exception of special occasion cakes, which will incur a fee of IDR 45,000++ per person or IDR 35,000++ for Beat Boat Members.
5. VENUE HIRE & PRIVATE EVENTS
5.1.1 The following Terms and Conditions are applicable in addition to all standard terms and conditions. Individual areas may have specific terms and conditions as stated in the Quotation, Booking Confirmation, or Event Agreement Document.
5.1.2 The Hirer shall pay the amount specified for hire of the space, facilities, and any fees and charges arising from the hire by the agreed dates.
5.1.3 Event Hire Fee applies when guests want an event area exclusively for a group.
5.1.4 No minimum food and beverage spend applies when the event hire fee is paid.
5.1.5 Event Hire Fee is inclusive of service staff, Banjar fees.
5.1.6 Existing furniture can be completely or partially removed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, unless the furniture is fixed to the floor of the boat.
5.1.7 To book an event area, the event fee or a 50% deposit payment must be paid within 7 days of booking, and this is non-refundable. Balance monies to be paid no later than 60 days prior to the event – for final menu choices no later than 30 days prior to the event or booking will be automatically canceled.
5.1.8 Monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5.1.9 Booking details are as per invoice/booking confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until Beat Boat has received all necessary payments and written confirmation has been sent via email.
5.1.10 In the case of full buyout, the final balance is due 90 days prior (not 60 days).
5.1.11 Beat Boat Platinum Members are entitled to a 10% discount from the Event Hire Fee for direct bookings only.
5.1.12 Beat Boat Member Food & Beverage Discounts DO NOT apply to events.
5.1.13 No outside food and beverage is permitted, with the exception of special occasion cakes, which will incur a fee of IDR 45,000++ per person or IDR 35,000++ per person for Beat Boat Members.
5.1.14. Fee Revisions:
Beat Boat reserves the right to revise its fees and charges. Once a deposit is paid, fees will not be revised unless there are amendments to the conditions of hire, changes to government tax or permits, or extreme cost fluctuations (e.g., food or beverage produce, operational costs).
5.1.15. Approved Agents/Event Planners:
The agent or event planner must be from Beat Boat approved list of companies and must be advised at the time of booking.
5.1.16. Commercial Events:
No commercial events (ticketed) are permitted unless agreed upon by Beat Boat Management.
5.1.17. Catering Policy:
Outside catering must be agreed upon by Beat Boat, and additional fees will apply. However, Beat Boat catering is the default option. Guests are not allowed to bring outside food and drinks without prior approval and payment of the stipulated fees.
5.1.18. Food and Beverage Promotions:
Food and beverage promotions do not apply to private events, including happy hour and member discounts.
5.1.19. Parking Information:
Parking details will be advised by Beat Boat before the event. Attendees should refer to the meeting point or the harbor for parking instructions. Valet parking will not be provided. Guests are responsible for arranging their parking in accordance with the instructions provided by Beat Boat.
5.1.20. Maximum Bus Size:
The maximum bus size permitted to enter the area is 35 seater. Bus details must be provided at least two weeks prior to the event.
5.1.21. Third-Party Arrangements:
Beat Boat is not responsible for service delivery, conduct, or disputes from any third party arranged on behalf of the Hirer.
5.1.22. Amendments:
Amendments are possible (one time only) before 30 days free of charge and under approval from Beat Boat. Within 30 days, a fee of [specify amount] will apply to each amendment.
5.1.23. Insurance:
Beat Boat venues have public liability insurance. Personal accident insurance and event insurance are the responsibility of The Hirer.
5.1.24. Liability and Disputes:
Beat Boat will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Beat Boat. Any disputes are to be settled in the Republic of Indonesia and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
5.1.25. Opening Hours:
Opening hours are to be agreed upon by Beat Boat and the client prior to the event, as specified in their contract. Extended opening hours can be requested, with a minimum 30 days notice; additional charges will apply. Amplified music will be turned off at 12 pm. When vacating the venue, guests are asked to respect the neighbourhood and behave appropriately.
5.1.26. Cleanliness and Event Conclusion:
The Hirer must leave the premises in a clean condition. Failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. All goods and event decorations must be removed, and event areas cleaned by 2 am at the latest after the event. A final inspection must be conducted with Beat Boat and the Hirer.
5.1.27. Damages and Loss:
The Hirer shall be responsible for the cost of any damage or loss caused to the objects, buildings, furniture, fittings, and equipment arising out of and/or in the course of the Hirer’s event.
5.1.28. Damage Reporting:
If any damage is found in event areas, photographic evidence and a report with replacement/repair cost will be provided by Beat Boat.
5.2. Outside Vendors Loading Policy:
Beat Boat is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient event experience. Outside vendors are permitted to load and unload equipment, goods, and materials in designated areas, subject to the following policy:
5.2.1. Loading Times and Regulations:
Outside vendors must strictly adhere to the designated loading times specified by Beat Boat. Any deviation from these times may result in additional fees or restrictions on loading access. Vendors are required to familiarise themselves with and abide by all loading regulations set forth by Beat Boat.
5.2.2. Cooperation with Beat Boat Staff and Managers:
Vendors must cooperate fully with Beat Boat staff and managers during the loading and unloading process. Any specific instructions provided by Beat Boat personnel must be followed promptly and without hesitation to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
5.2.3. Loading Area Designation:
Beat Boat will designate specific loading areas for outside vendors. Vendors are strictly prohibited from loading or unloading in areas not explicitly authorised by Beat Boat. Failure to comply may result in penalties or restricted access for future events.
5.2.4. Compliance with Venue Regulations:
Outside vendors must comply with all venue regulations and guidelines outlined by Beat Boat. This includes but is not limited to noise restrictions, vehicle routes, and safety protocols. Any violation of these regulations may lead to penalties and could impact the vendor’s ability to participate in future events at Beat Boat.
5.2.5. Advance Coordination:
Vendors are required to coordinate loading and unloading activities in advance with Beat Boat event coordination team. This coordination is essential to ensure that the loading process aligns seamlessly with the overall event schedule and does not disrupt the experience for other guests.
5.2.6. Efficient Use of Loading Time:
Vendors are encouraged to use their allocated loading times efficiently. Delays in the loading process may impact the overall event schedule, and vendors are responsible for managing their time effectively to minimise any potential disruptions.
5.2.7. Security Checks:
All items being loaded or unloaded must undergo security checks as determined by Beat Boat. Vendors should cooperate fully with security personnel and ensure that all items are accounted for and authorised for entry or exit.
5.2.8. Reporting Issues:
Vendors are encouraged to promptly report any issues or concerns related to the loading process to Beat Boat staff or managers. Open communication is essential to address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the loading and unloading activities.
By adhering to this Outside Vendors Loading Policy, Beat Boat aims to create a secure, efficient, and harmonious environment for all events. We appreciate the cooperation of outside vendors in maintaining these standards.
5.3. BEAT BOAT SOUND POLICY:
Beat Boat is committed to providing a vibrant and enjoyable event experience. The following policies regarding sound, electrical, and lighting requirements have been established for the benefit of all attendees:
5.3.1. Approval of Sound, Electrical, and Lighting:
All sound, electrical, and lighting requirements must be approved by Beat Boat prior to the event. Interference with, or alteration of any electrical installations, lighting, sound systems, or other property is strictly prohibited.
5.3.2. Management of Sound Levels:
All sound in event areas is managed by Beat Boat AV team at agreed sound levels for both microphones and music.
5.3.3. Sound Curfew Agreement:
The sound curfew will be agreed upon by Beat Boat and the customer during the planning stages. However, Beat Boat reserves the right to make changes to the sound curfew when or if deemed necessary. Amplified music must cease by the agreed-upon curfew time.
5.3.4. Compliance with Sound Policies:
All event organisers and participants must comply with Beat Boat sound policies to ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for all guests. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in corrective measures, including the adjustment or shutdown of sound systems.
5.3.5. Advanced Notification for Sound Changes:
In the event that Beat Boat deems it necessary to make changes to the agreed-upon sound curfew, advanced notification will be provided to the customer. Beat Boat will strive to communicate any changes in a timely manner to minimise disruption to the event.
5.3.6. Event Shutdown Authority:
Beat Boat management and security reserve the right to shut down any event that abuses or violates the sound policies. This action may be taken to maintain a peaceful environment and ensure the well-being of all guests.
5.3.7. Continuous Communication:
Open and continuous communication between Beat Boat and the customer regarding sound requirements is encouraged. This ensures a collaborative effort to create an enjoyable event experience while adhering to established policies.
Beat Boat appreciates the cooperation of all customers in adhering to these sound policies, and we look forward to creating memorable events together.
5.4. BEAT BOAT PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
Beat Boat values the privacy and experience of all guests attending events. To ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment, the following policies regarding photography have been established:
5.4.1. Drone Usage:
The use of drones is not permitted within Beat Boat venues.
5.4.2. Professional Photography Equipment:
No professional photography equipment, including video cameras and telescopic lenses, is allowed into the venue without prior approval from the Beat Boat Marketing Department. Event organisers must provide a list of equipment for consideration.
5.4.3. Photography of Guests:
Once approved, photos and videos can only be taken of guests attending the private event. It is crucial to respect the privacy of other guests in the venue. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate eviction of the photographer from the premises.
5.4.4. Event Documentation for Marketing:
Beat Boat may request permission to shoot the event for marketing purposes. If agreed, photos/videos can be used at Beat Boat discretion for promotional materials.
5.4.5. Request for Event Documentation:
Beat Boat reserves the right to request copies of photos/videos from the event organisers photographer. The event organiser/client has the discretion to share or withhold these copies. If shared, photos can be used at Beat Boat discretion for marketing purposes.
5.4.6. Photography with Beat Boat Temples:
Guests are permitted to take photos with Beat Boat temples as a backdrop. However, guests are not allowed to touch or enter the temple(s).
Beat Boat appreciates the cooperation of event organisers, clients, and guests in adhering to these photography policies to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
5.5. BEAT BOAT EVENT CATERING:
Beat Boat strives to provide an exceptional dining experience for all events. To ensure smooth coordination, the following policies regarding event catering have been established:
5.5.1. Price Guarantee at Deposit:
When the food and beverage menu is chosen at the time of deposit, the price will be guaranteed.
5.5.2. Final Menu Confirmation:
Final food and beverage choices, including any dietary requirements, must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the event.
5.5.3. A La Carte Orders for Late Menu Selection:
If the food and beverage menu is not chosen within the specified time, orders must be made from the a la carte menu at the time of the event.
5.5.4. Customised Menu Options and Charges:
Beat Boat event menus are recommended. Customised food or beverage menus are subject to availability and will include extra charges as outlined below:
5.5.4.1 Bookings Outside 14 Days After Event Fee/Minimum Spend:
One complete food and beverage menu can be customised complimentary.
If the guest wants to change one menu item, a menu amendment fee of IDR 5 million++ applies.Any additional customised menus or changes of 2 menu items or more will be charged a fee of IDR 10,000,000++. This is a fee and is not credited to the event fee or minimum spend.

If the guest wants to reinstate a booking for the same date and event area, it is subject to availability, approval from the GM, and a fee of IDR 15,000,000++. This is a fee and is not credited to the event fee or minimum spend.
5.5.4.2 Bookings Outside 14 Days with Nil Fee Paid:
IDR 10,000,000++ fee will apply, which can be credited to food and beverage if the menu is accepted and the booking proceeds.
If the customised menu is not available or the guest does not want to proceed, then the IDR 10,000,000++ will be refunded.
If the guest wants to change one menu item, there is a menu amendment fee of IDR 5 million++. This fee cannot be credited to the event fee or minimum spend.
Any additional customised menus or changes of 2 menu items or more will be charged a fee of IDR 10,000,000++. This is a fee and is not credited to the event fee or minimum spend.

5.5.4.3 Bookings Within 14 Days:
Bookings are subject to approval from GM.
5.5.4.4 Changes in Guest Numbers Within 14 Days:
Any increase in guest numbers within 14 days is subject to availability and payable immediately.
Any decrease in guest numbers is non-refundable, and monies are non-transferable to other items (e.g., food, beverage, or other).
5.6. BEAT BOAT TOWEL HIRE:
Beat Boat is pleased to offer towel hire services to enhance the comfort of our valued guests. Please take note of the following policies regarding towel hire:
5.6.1. Towel Inclusion for VIP Guests:
When Event Hire or Minimum Spend for event areas has been paid, VIP guests will receive one pool towel per person as part of our premium service.
5.6.1.1. Security Deposit for General Admission Guests:
A security deposit of IDR 100,000 per towel will be charged to general admission guests. This deposit can be made via credit card guarantee through the event organiser/PIC.
5.6.1.2. Guest Payment Option:
Alternatively, the event organiser can advise that general admission guests will need to pay IDR 100,000 nett security deposit directly per towel hired.
5.6.1.3. Additional Towel Hire:
For general admission guests, additional towels are available for hire at IDR 50,000 nett per towel.
5.6.1.4. Towel Arrangement Details:
Towel arrangements, including the quantity required, must be advised a minimum of 14 days prior to the event to ensure seamless service.
5.6.1.5. Refund Policy for Towel Hire:
IDR 50,000 will be charged upfront for towel hire.
The additional IDR 100,000 security deposit will only be charged to general admission guests.
IDR 50,000 will be refunded upon the return of the towel, provided it is in good condition.

5.7. BEAT BOAT MISCELLANEOUS:
Beat Boat is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable event experience. Please take note of the following miscellaneous policies:
5.7.1. Testimonials for Marketing:
Any testimonials submitted by clients to Beat Boat can be used for marketing purposes.
5.7.2. On-Site Representation:
A representative of Beat Boat will be on-site for the duration of the event. Any instructions given by the Beat Boat representative regarding the conduct of the function must be followed immediately.
5.7.3. Authority to Terminate Event:
The Beat Boat representative has the authority to terminate the event should any instructions or contract conditions not be observed. In such cases, no monies will be refunded.
5.7.4. Contract Termination and Refund:
If Beat Boat terminates the contract through no fault or breach of the contract by the Hirer, all monies received from the Hirer for that event will be refunded. Specific areas may be closed on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is affected, Beat Boat reservations team will contact you as soon as possible to advise alternatives.
5.7.5. Service Fee, Government Tax, and Gratuities:
(++) Prices are subject to a service fee and government tax, as stated in your invoice. Gratuities paid above this will be distributed evenly to all staff members involved and should be handed directly to the manager in charge.
5.7.6. Acceptance of Conditions:
Beat Boat facilities are hired based on the rules and conditions mentioned above, and the payment for such facilities, along with the issuance of any receipt or confirmation of hire, shall be deemed an acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.
5.7.7. Non-Transferable Event Agreements:
Event agreements form a binding contract and may not be transferred from one company to another without the authorisation of Beat Boat.
5.7.8. Terms and Conditions Changes:
Beat Boat Event Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
5.7.9. Access Restrictions:
Restrictions or limitations on access to Beat Boat venues may be imposed at any time.
Beat Boat appreciates your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these miscellaneous policies for a successful and memorable event.
6. FORCE MAJEURE - BEAT BOAT:
6.1. Amendment of Booking Date:
In the event that you cannot complete your booking due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to volcanic activity, fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism, government actions, or any other natural disaster, the booking date can be amended free of charge.
6.2. Refund for Booking Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking due to Force Majeure, monies paid will be refunded once proof of inability to travel is received by Beat Boat. Please email reservations@beatboat.com.
Beat Boat understands the unpredictable nature of unforeseen circumstances and is committed to working with you to accommodate changes or provide refunds as necessary due to Force Majeure events.
7. DISCLAIMER - BEAT BOAT:
7.1. Responsibility and Liability:
Beat Boat, the Operator, and affiliated entities shall not be responsible for any injury, death, illness, or any loss or damage to property whatsoever, howsoever caused, sustained, or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of any Beat Boat Facility, whether defective or otherwise. Specifically, guests understand and accept the following ongoing conditions of entry:
7.2. Inherent Risks Acknowledgment:
By participating, guests accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with water sports and other activities at Beat Boat and the inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water.
7.3. Responsible Participation:
Guests should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgement.
7.4. Limitation of Liability:
Beat Boat will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Beat Boat.
7.5. Personal Belongings:
All personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the guests. Beat Boat takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
7.6. Assumption of Risks:
Guests assume and accept all risks related to participation by them and their families in activities organised by Beat Boat or undertaken in the Beat Boat Facility.
7.7. Emergency Action Authorisation:
Guests grant permission to the Operator, Management, Staff, and Beat Boat to act on their behalf according to their best judgment in any emergency affecting themselves and their families while attending activities organised by Beat Boat.
7.8. Medical Attention Authorization:
Guests authorise Beat Boat to arrange for them or their families to be administered such medical attention and to have them brought to a medical facility as deemed appropriate by Beat Boat.
7.9. Medical Charges Acknowledgment:
Guests agree that all and any medical or hospitalisation charges relating thereto will be entirely for their account and not the responsibility of Beat Boat.
7.10. Release of Liability:
Guests specifically absolve Beat Boat of any and all responsibility for personal accidents, injuries, or damages sustained by them and their families while in the Beat Boat Facility or during their participation in activities organised by Beat Boat.
7.11. Indemnification:
Guests release Beat Boat irrevocably from any and all personal and corporate liability claims.
7.12. Insurance Coverage:
Guests take out insurance cover deemed by them to cover activities carried out by Beat Boat in relation to them and their families.
7.13. Acknowledgment of Non-Obligation for Insurance:
Guests acknowledge that Beat Boat is not obliged to and may not purchase insurance coverage in respect of personal accidents, injuries, or damages sustained by them and their families during activities supervised by Beat Boat or carried out in the Beat Boat Facility.
7.14. Indemnification of Breach:
Guests indemnify Beat Boat in full against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from the breach of any of these Rules and Regulations.
7.15. Operator's Responsibility:
The Operator shall be solely responsible for any provision of finance to Beat Boat and for ensuring that at all times; Beat Boat complies with all statutes, rules, regulations, and governmental and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation and business of Beat Boat.
7.16. Photo and Video Acknowledgment:
Guests understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes by Beat Boat.
7.17. Boat Safety Instructions:
Guests are required to follow all boat safety instructions and adhere to any commands given by Beat Boat staff, managers, or lifeguards.
Beat Boat values the safety and well-being of its guests and appreciates their understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms and conditions.
